Well that is a really good question Barbara! I very rarely do ‘spell work’ involving binding people specifically but rather their behaviour (as mentioned at the opening of the post), so whilst you use their name it’s their behaviour you are talking about. However, with spell working, the key thing is your INTENTION. Obviously your intention is not to bind yourself! Your intention is also to ‘do no harm’ – you just want the other person to stop what they’re doing or to have it not affect YOU quite so much.

As mentioned in the post, another option is to us a picture or image of them instead of their name on paper. Or, if they have a defining feature you could include that on the piece of paper – eg “Barbara with the red hair [last name]”. But your INTENTION is always key and you should always remember the rule of three – what you put out will come back to you threefold so always do no harm <3 And remember: You're binding BEHAVIOUR and I'd guess you aren't behaving in that way 😉

Exactly! So your black thread will cover the paper, ideally completely but probably doesn’t matter – your intention is what counts. Don’t get too bogged down in doing everything “right”. The wisdom is in you. <3

Hi Arlinda. So you write the person’s name on a piece of paper and then hold it around the stick with one hand so you can use the black thread with the other to wrap the paper to the stick with the thread. Does this make more sense? )O(
